I received an MA in Psychology and an MA in  Education from California State University Los  Angeles.  For 3 years I taught 1st grade in Los  Angeles Unified School District.  After moving to  Georgia I completed a 56 hour training course in the Orton-Gillingham  Method.  I have a Georgia Masters  Level Teaching Credential and have been tutoring  children in reading (PreK- Grade 6) for the last 25 years. During the school day I tutor children at Woodward Academy.
